Weekend Wrap-up

Happy Monday!  We were able to enjoy a fun weekend sandwiched in between sick days...Graham and I both came down with a stomach bug on Thursday morning but were doing much better by mid-day on Friday.  But then Trent came down with it last night...oops! :/  He's still recovering and hoping to be able to go to work tomorrow.  You know he doesn't feel well when he takes his first partial sick day in 6 1/2 years!
Us sicklies on Friday morning trying to will ourselves to feel better for the weekend! :)

G playing with wrapping paper and constantly wanting to get Christmas presents off the guest bed!

His curls have had some interesting days lately.  Last week when we had the really cold/low humidity days, his hair was so straight in the front and on the sides!  But the back is so super curly, it almost looks like a mullet!  I was trying to capture him in all it's glory...Love that sweet face!

We went for a walk and wagon ride to get out of the house!

Playing outside with tupperware, measuring cups, and water leads to this...

HA!  He loves wearing just his diaper!

 Quite the figure...

 Always on the go!

We grilled out on Friday night and just relaxed and caught up on DVR shows!
My boy and me just chilling!

On Saturday morning I was able to enjoy a few hours away for some pampering in the form of a hair color and cut!  The boys ran a couple of errands and played outside and didn't miss me for one minute!  We all took a good nap and then were ready to cheer for our Bears!  By the time 6:00 rolled around, G was pretty much allowed to play with whatever he wanted so we could watch the game! :)  Bad parents?!  Nah...

His choice of entertainment was the Taboo cards...these were fun to pick up...
And our Bears won!!

After church, lunch, and naps on Sunday, we were ready to celebrate Colton's 2nd birthday!  Chris and Summers had a few families over to play outside and enjoy some yummy food!

Graham wanted to ride the giraffe!  He thought it was hilarious!

I'm so thankful for these sweet babies and their parents!  We have been blessed with such great friends, and it is so much fun watching our kids grow up together!
Colton, Graham, Ella, Luke, and June

Hope you have a great week!
