Thanksgiving in Waco

After a fun week at the ranch, we loaded back up and headed back to Waco for the Cox Family Thanksgiving!  We had a great time visiting, watching a lot of football...cheering for our Bears, playing games in the backyard with Caden, taking some Christmas pictures, and just having fun together!

 Gran and Graham!

 Mommy's Little Turkey!

Kaki and her real life baby doll!

Uncle Tag and Caden playing some football!

Nana and Bop's Christmas pictures!!  Aren't the cousins oh so cute in their matching pajamas?!

Bop and the boys...I love how Caden is looking at Graham!

 The two sweetest boys!

Minus Graham...he was having a meltdown!

We had to get a pic with the meltdown...it's real life!

We had a 'lil Baylor pep rally before the game! :)  Caden led us in all of the songs and cheers!

We were so excited our Bears won!

We headed home on Sunday after a fun week with family celebrating all that we have to be thankful for.  The Lord has truly blessed us, and this year was even more special with Graham!

Thanksgiving at the Ranch

We headed out to the Agnew family ranch on Sunday, the 18th, from Waco.  Thankfully we just had a 2 1/2 hour drive, instead of the usual 5 1/2 hours from Houston.  Our little traveler did great, of course!  He woke up as we pulled in the gate!

We had a relaxing week at the ranch visiting with family, enjoying the outdoors, sitting in the deer stands, eating lots of good food, and just hanging out!  Graham had plenty of camo to wear! :)

Kelsey and I in the deer stand with a bottle of wine! :)  We created Pasture Happy Hour!

 A photo shoot...

 They are quite the pair!

Graham met his Uncle Todd who was in town from Denver!  They were instant buddies!

Weekend Wrap-Up

Hello blog world!  I hope everybody had a great Thanksgiving!  I have a lot to catch up on, and this weekend wrap-up is actually from last weekend...I'm a little behind since we were out of town all week!

On Saturday the 17th, we packed up our car for 9 days of travel, and we headed to Waco...the first stop on our road trip!  We were being faithful Baylor fans and going to watch our Bears take on K-State, but we had very low expectations...little did we know!

We tailgated with friends before the game, and Graham loved being outside and hanging out!

Us with Caden!  He and Uncle Tag got to play a little football at the tailgate while Graham slept!

Us with Paige and Cara!  Our babies sure are troopers for all of the Baylor games! :)

 With Stephanie and Grace!

Me and the usuals at our tailgate before heading into the game!  Graham was strapped in, sleeping, and ready to go!

So the sleeping didn't last too long for Graham, and he ate about the time of kickoff.  He then enjoyed taking everything in and sitting on Trent's lap.  But then the game got really exciting since we were playing so well and beating K-State, and the crowd just got louder and louder and louder...this didn't go over so well with Graham!  Everybody around us would jump up and yell when we made a big play, and Graham would just burst into tears!  Poor thing!  He and I left the game about mid-way through the second quarter and headed back to my parents' house to get warm and watch the game from there.

Family pic at the game while Graham was still enjoying it! :)

All nice and warm and happy at Nana and Bop's house!

What an exciting game it was!  I can't believe we actually beat the #1 team!  It was a fun night for everybody!

We were up bright and early the next morning to head to the ranch...that'll be the next blog post!

Weekend Wrap-Up

Happy Monday everybody!  I hope you all had a great weekend!  We were excited to have a calm weekend at home to relax and get things done around the house.

On Friday afternoon we made the short drive to College Station to see Kelsey receive her Aggie ring!  We were thankful we could make a quick trip for the ceremony and dinner and hang out with the family for a couple of hours!  Graham was really fussy as we were driving by campus so we assured him he wouldn't have to wear maroon, and he immediately cheered right up! :)

Graham is doing a Sic 'em! :)

On Saturday morning, Trent so graciously took the monitor while I got another hour of sleep!  It was wonderful!  We then got busy around the house hanging things up, getting the final things put away, and watching football at the same time.  We also had Graham try out the Bumbo.  I had no idea how he would do, but during tummy time he always holds his head up just fine.  He did great, and he LOVED it!  It made me sad though because he looked so big sitting up! :)

 Not so sure at first...

 He likes it!

 Such a sweet smile!

 My boys!

 Back to watching football!

 Saturday afternoon nap time!

Cheering for the Bears!

On Saturday evening we had Trent's small group guys and their wives over for dinner.  It was our first dinner party in the new house, and we had so much fun!  I'm so sad that I didn't get any pictures though.  We are so thankful for great friends and fellowship!

At the last minute on Sunday morning I decided we should drop Graham off at the nursery while we went to Sunday school.  It was hard!!  I'm not sure I paid much attention to the lesson because I just wanted to go pick Graham up! :)  He did great though, and he was with 2 of his girlfriends, Ella and Libby!  We took a nice walk to City Centre for brunch at Cyclone Anaya's and enjoyed the nice weather.  The rest of yesterday we just napped and hung out!

Mommy's little turkey! :)  Love this sweet face so much!

Walking and bouncing around the house during fussy time...

Cheering for the Texans!

Who else is so excited about the actual fall weather we are going to have this week?!  I have been waiting for these cooler temps for awhile!  Also, be looking for blog posts with house pics this week!
