Lately

Random post and lots of pics from the week!  Enjoy! :)

 Wearing cute new pajamas!

Took a catnap in the car one morning and stayed asleep even after getting him out!

Finished 2 months of swim class!  Can't wait to do it again in the spring!

Wagon ride with sweet Anna while we kept her for a few hours one afternoon!

I had my lap full of sweetness!

Showing me exactly what he's NOT supposed to do in his chair! :)

 Loving his Baylor beads!

Doing a few chores while watching GMA one morning!
The broom is his favorite toy...hoping he gets one his size for Christmas!

Playing with my scarf one evening, purposely putting it over his head, and running around and bumping into things!

 Silly boy!

A trip to HEB in the rain and cold!

Having a crazy hair competition with his cousin Kaki!

 Gobble gobble gobble!

Playing with his Baylor train, and holding the beads of course!

Snuggles on the couch with my boy!

Playing blocks with Trent and David on Friday evening...the big boys were having more fun than Graham!

We loved having David and Crystal over for dinner on Friday night!  Yummy taco soup and cornbread on a cold night!

Watching Gameday and doing lots of sic 'ems!

Eating cheerios, ham, and cheese for lunch...a BIG deal for him!  Way to go G!

Trying on his Baylor mittens, getting ready for a week of cold weather!

And the stockings were hung by the chimney with care!

Happy Saturday!

Weekend Wrap-up

Happy Monday!  We were able to enjoy a fun weekend sandwiched in between sick days...Graham and I both came down with a stomach bug on Thursday morning but were doing much better by mid-day on Friday.  But then Trent came down with it last night...oops! :/  He's still recovering and hoping to be able to go to work tomorrow.  You know he doesn't feel well when he takes his first partial sick day in 6 1/2 years!
Us sicklies on Friday morning trying to will ourselves to feel better for the weekend! :)

G playing with wrapping paper and constantly wanting to get Christmas presents off the guest bed!

His curls have had some interesting days lately.  Last week when we had the really cold/low humidity days, his hair was so straight in the front and on the sides!  But the back is so super curly, it almost looks like a mullet!  I was trying to capture him in all it's glory...Love that sweet face!

We went for a walk and wagon ride to get out of the house!

Playing outside with tupperware, measuring cups, and water leads to this...

HA!  He loves wearing just his diaper!

 Quite the figure...

 Always on the go!

We grilled out on Friday night and just relaxed and caught up on DVR shows!
My boy and me just chilling!

On Saturday morning I was able to enjoy a few hours away for some pampering in the form of a hair color and cut!  The boys ran a couple of errands and played outside and didn't miss me for one minute!  We all took a good nap and then were ready to cheer for our Bears!  By the time 6:00 rolled around, G was pretty much allowed to play with whatever he wanted so we could watch the game! :)  Bad parents?!  Nah...

His choice of entertainment was the Taboo cards...these were fun to pick up...
And our Bears won!!

After church, lunch, and naps on Sunday, we were ready to celebrate Colton's 2nd birthday!  Chris and Summers had a few families over to play outside and enjoy some yummy food!

Graham wanted to ride the giraffe!  He thought it was hilarious!

I'm so thankful for these sweet babies and their parents!  We have been blessed with such great friends, and it is so much fun watching our kids grow up together!
Colton, Graham, Ella, Luke, and June

Hope you have a great week!

Weekend Wrap-up

Our weekend actually started on Thursday  - we had been looking forward to this day for so long!  It was finally time for the Baylor v. OU football game!  Trent came home from work early, and we drove to Waco during naptime.

G and I went to the gym that morning in our Baylor gear!

The family at March of the Bears!

 G and the cheerleaders! :)

I then took Graham to my parents' house to stay with a babysitter so I could watch and enjoy the game! :)  It worked out perfectly!

 My date for the night!

It was an amazing crowd, and the blackout looked awesome!

 41-12 Bears!  Huge win!

We came home Friday morning so Trent could get a little bit of work done before the actual weekend started.

Graham has invented a new purpose for his walker toy - he now turns it over, stands, on it, and rocks back and forth, this time while also yanking on the refrigerator door handles - WOW.

We went for a wagon ride!

 And I had a laundry helper! :)

We spent most of the day outside on Saturday watching football and just playing.  I was able to sneak away for a little bit that morning to get a mani/pedi and get my flu shot.

G doing a sic 'em, and pointing of course!

 After naptime! :)

My boys, oh how I love them!

On Saturday evening our favorite babysitter came over to play with Graham while Trent and I got to enjoy a nice dinner out!  We ate at BRC and finished with dessert at Union Kitchen!

 It was delicious! :)

We went to church and Sunday school, came home and took naps, and then played outside again for awhile and watched football.

 Bubbles and football!

He looks SO big in these next few pictures.  Lately he's looking more and more like a little boy and not so much a baby at all anymore!

 Mowing the patio!

When did he get so big?!

Showing off his new trick on Monday morning - sanding in his chair and climbing onto the ottoman...

We started off our week with a fun play date with these two sweet girls!  I worked with both of their moms at Second, and now we all stay home with our babies!
Graham - 14 months, Emma - 2 months, and Libby - 15 months

Afternoon play time at the park!

Have a great week!
