Miscellany Monday

Lots of random pics to catch up on!  Enjoy!

One of their favorite things to do together!

Toddler time at the library with my boy!

 So silly!

A lunch date with some of our faves!  If only they would both look at the camera! :)

Reading books on my bed one evening.

And he asked to play in Bennett's room!

He LOVES his Elmo towel!  Every time I show him this pic he just laughs and laughs!

Building toilet paper towers...because that's what we do on a Friday morning!

Play time and lunch date at the mall with Ginger and Nora!

And of course we had to ride the carousel!

All day Friday he kept asking to watch the Baylor game!

 Making cookies that afternoon!

 He knows what's good! :)

Game time!  He was ready to cheer for the Bears!

G and Trent went to Academy on Saturday morning, and he came home wearing these!

Fixing the snap and go stroller with Daddy!

And we put the double stroller together!  He loved it!  He kept saying go go and wanted us to push him all over the house!

38 weeks - this poor baby doesn't get his own update!

Enjoying the cooler weather this weekend and playing outside!

 Post-nap cuddles on Sunday...the sweetest!

Hanging out at CVS while Trent had to get 2 shots.

He wanted to hold Daddy's hand!

And then we had family date night at Union Kitchen!

Monday morning check-up by Dr. Graham.

 Another hair cut!

This is how we feel about Mondays!

Afternoon trip to HEB - good call on going after G took a good nap! :)

Have a great week!

Weekend Wrap-up

We were so excited for Trent to be home from New York on Friday evening!  His flight didn't land until 6:00 so we had to stay busy!  We ordered pizza....

 Rocked...

 And played hide-n-seek!

My boys making waffles on Saturday morning!

And G was so excited to put his Baylor jersey on for Gameday!

We had a nice, lazy morning at home.  Graham and I even both took a nap on the couch!

About noon, we went to lunch and then got on the road to Waco!

 Ready for another roadtrip!

After he took a good nap, we stopped for a potty break and an ice cream treat at DQ...yummy!

We got to the stadium about 4:30, got out with all of our stuff, and we were about to walk to our tailgate to say hi to everybody, but then there was a huge clap of thunder and you could see the rain coming!  So we jumped back in the car and played in there for an hour!

Thankfully we had a Mickey video to keep G occupied, and he loved making silly faces at Caden in the car next to us while we waited for the storms to pass.  And eventually they did, and we made our way into the stadium!

Love these 3!  The cutest Bear fans!

The boys practicing their sic 'ems!

 And a family shot!

The only reason we came to this game with me being 37 weeks pregnant was because we had an invitation to sit in Judge Starr's suite...we weren't about to miss out on that! :)

Great view of campus from the balcony.

It ended up being a beautiful night for football!

This one wasn't invited to the suite, but he had a blast sitting with his cousins and Aunt Katie and Uncle Justin!

We made our way down to our seats during the 3rd quarter and had fun sitting with the rest of my family!  We were all pretty worn out at the point.  We left at the end of the 3rd knowing the Bears had the game safely in hand! :)

We left Waco about 8:45 on Sunday morning to come back home.  We thought for sure Graham would sleep most of the way home, considering he only slept for about 8 hours the night before!  BUT he stayed awake watching videos the whole time and took a 3 hour nap when we got home!  It was perfect!

 He's such a good traveler!

We are enjoying a nice, calm week at home with MDO and a few play dates while waiting on Bennett!

These 2 sweet friends loved playing together on Monday morning!  We actually caught a moment where they were both sitting still and sharing a book! :)

Have a great week!

Our Week

Wow...already Friday again!  We had a fun and busy week, and thankfully nothing eventful with Baby Bennett.  Trent was in New York all week for work so we were so glad my mom could come spend the week with Graham and me!

Graham started Mother's Day Out on Tuesday morning.  He was SOOOO excited to go to school!  And he LOVED it!  Seriously, both mornings he didn't even look back to tell me bye when I dropped him off.  I'm so thankful he had so much fun and it was an easy transition!

He kept putting the sign in front of his face so I said, "Show me your face!"  And this is what I got...

Went right in to play on Tuesday morning!  I had a quick dr.'s appointment, and then after my mom got here, we went to lunch and made a huge trip to HEB...

Because we did a lot of this!  In preparation for Bennett, we now have 18 casserole meals and 3 crock pot meals in the freezer ready to use!

G and Nana played lots and he was loving one of his new puzzles that he got for his birthday!
I was able to go to the eye dr on Tuesday afternoon too.

Whenever Nana is here, he LOVES to help her get ready in the mornings, especially putting her roller clips in his hair!

On Wednesday, we got pedicures while Graham was at school, and then we enjoyed a relaxing day at home.

Meanwhile, Trent was at the US Open and the Yankees v. Red Sox game! :)

On Thursday morning, we had Graham's 2 year check-up.  I was SOOO proud of my big boy!  He didn't cry at all, just fought us a little bit on having to lay down to be measured!  The flu shot didn't bother him, and thankfully that was the only shot he had to get.  He got a dr.'s kit for his birthday so we had been practicing all week, and he told the dr. "Listen to my heartbeat right there."  "Check my ears."  And he even stuck out his tongue and said ahhh for the dr!  He got an A+!

 And his stats!

We headed to the library for story time after that!

 Ready to play!

After lunch we came home for naps, and then I had a MUCH needed hair appointment!  There's not much that can make you feel better than a good color and cut at 37 weeks pregnant! :)

Cuddling with my boy on Thursday evening!

And this morning we went to the mall to play, get a few things, eat lunch, and of course get a cookie on our way out!

We had such a fun week, and I am so thankful my mom was here to keep me distracted and busy enough while Trent was out of town.  I was nervous Bennett might decide to do something exciting, but we made it!  Trent's flight lands in an hour and a half, and we will be ready for a fun weekend!  TGIF!
