We woke up on Saturday morning ready to celebrate Graham's birthday, open presents, and have birthday pancakes!
He was excited about a new toy, some clothes, a book, and stickers!
And then we told him to cover his eyes for his next present...
He kept peeking...
And was so excited about his new car!
He knew just what to do! Climbed right on, pushed the button, and took off all over the house!
We eventually took it outside after breakfast and let him ride in the street and on the driveway!
Trent made G a Mickey pancake for breakfast!
After playing and packing, we went to lunch and hit the road to Waco! We were excited to celebrate with family and cheer for our Bears!
G was happy as could be while watching Mickey and drinking a chocolate milkshake!
That afternoon Gran and Poppa came to visit and we just played and ate dinner at Nana and Bop's house!
Graham's actual birthday morning on Sunday...
We went in his room with balloons!
And we had breakfast at my fave - Cafe Cappuccino!!
The cousins and Aunt Katie and Uncle Justin got there about lunch time and were ready to party!!
This is the best pic we could get of these two cute boys in their jerseys - G did not want to cooperate!
Warming up for tailgate!
Such a pro at this candle thing now! :)
After lunch, presents, and cookie cake, everybody made the long awaited trip to the new stadium! Graham, Nana, and I stayed at the house to nap and rest for a couple more hours in the AC! :) We got to the stadium about 4:30 and were ready to tailgate! It was fun, but I can't tell you how much we are looking forward to cooler weather! :)
The stadium from afar...about to make the trek to go in.
G was such a trooper! We loved taking it all in. We were just in awe of everything and couldn't believe we were actually here! What an exciting day for Baylor!
Graham LOVED everything about the game! He clapped, did lots of sic 'ems, pointed, knew when to stand up, watched the video board, and ate snacks! We were so proud of how well he did! It was a special family evening that we won't soon forget!
Oh I love this pic!
I promise he was having fun! He was just upset that we made him turn away from all of the action on the field for a picture!
It was awesome seeing George W. there... what a cool moment!
Love that sweet face!
And just for fun, here he is at the first game last year on his 1st birthday!
G and I left at halftime - we were both tired and hot!
What a fun and memorable weekend! So much to celebrate and so many great memories!
Happy 2nd birthday, Graham!
