Cheers to 10 Years!

Trent and I celebrated 10 years of marriage on Friday, June 9!  Wow, we were so young (and so well rested!) when we got married!  We can't believe where we are 10 years later and all of the blessings, mainly our 3 boys, that we have!

Just said see ya later to the boys and hit the road for a weekend getaway!  We headed to Fredericksburg and had a delicious dinner at Hondos while listening to live music!

Our porch at our cute little cabin in Fredericksburg.

Drinking my coffee at 10 am the next morning, that I didn't have to reheat even once!

Our first stop of the day, wine tasting at William Chris!

Lunch at Grape Creek Winery!  So yummy!

Had to make a stop in Luckenbach of course!

And our final stop of the day was at Garrison Brothers Distillery.

Trent got to dip his own bottle of bourbon.

Such a fun and relaxing day!

That night we had dinner at Navajo Grill, so delicious!  On Saturday morning we drove to San Antonio and checked into Hotel Emma.  Our first thing on the agenda was a couples massage.  And then we hit up the pool!

Margs in the bar before heading to dinner!

Our first course at Southerleighs.

Second course!

And 3rd course!  We were stuffed, and it was all so yummy!

The cool bar at Hotel Emma where we enjoyed coffee on Sunday morning before going back to Marble Falls to pick up our boys.

They didn't miss us one single bit!  The big boys got to spend Tuesday-Sunday in Marble Falls, and Parker joined them on Thursday.

Lots of swimming

And popsicles!

And Grampy made them milkshakes every night!

They went to the animal safari in Johnson City on Wednesday.  Bennett still talks about this every single day!

Feeding the goats

Lots of playing outside!

Out on the lake in Grampy's boat on Thursday morning!

Graham even caught a fish!

Little brother wanted in on the fun!

Aunt Kelsey came in town for reinforcements!

All smiles!

We were so thankful for a fun weekend away, and our boys loved their time with Mimi and Grampy!
Cheers to 10 years!

  1. I'm so glad you were able to get away for your anniversary. Fredricksburg is such a neat place. Looks like they had a great time in Marble Falls.
