Mother's Day Weekend

We had a wonderful weekend with lots of good family time!

We started off Friday morning at the roller rink with friends!
There was hardly anybody there.  It's such a great place to go to give the kids so much open space to run and play.  Graham especially enjoyed all of the music and danced his way all around the rink!

 Our crew!  Love these kiddos!
Graham, Anna, Bennett, August, James, and Grace

The boys lined up and ready to race!

Success!  Two worn out boys!  I love sneaking in on them when they're sleeping!

Post nap grins and snacks!

Trent had to work late on Friday night so we just ordered pizza and hung out at home.
Saturday morning was a lazy morning around the house.

My boys all pretending to be asleep!

That morning I went and got a pedicure and manicure while the boys ran to Academy and Randall's.  The boys took early naps and then we headed downtown for dinner and the Astros game!

Delicious dinner at Jackson St. BBQ

Walking into the game

It was a beautiful night, and the roof was open!

He was a trooper!

We actually lasted until the 7th inning!

On Sunday morning we went to church.  Dr. Young always does such a great job with the Mother's Day sermon.  It was a special morning with my boys and thanking God for this job he's given me.

Oh how I love them!  Cheese face and squinty eyes and all!

We came home and grilled steaks and played t-ball!

Post nap cuddles are the best!

And of course snacks!

  1. Such a wonderful Mother's Day weekend for you. I love the picture of you and the boys at church on Sunday. It is so cute. So fun playing t-ball in the backyard.
