Thanksgiving Part II: Waco

We loaded up on Thursday afternoon and headed to Waco!  On Friday morning, we braved the rain and cold and ventured out to Magnolia!  Their Christmas displays were beautiful, and it would be such a fun set up outside when the weather is nice!

The rest of the Cox crew arrived Friday afternoon!  Cheers!

We were so excited to cheer for our Bears that night!

Making band hats for our pep rally!

But first, we had to eat gutpaks for dinner!

The crazy band!

Leading us in all of the Baylor songs!

What a crazy game it was, and we were sad it didn't end the way we hoped.

Saturday morning was time for our Thanksgiving lunch with Gran and Poppa!

What it's like trying to get everyone to cooperate!

Nana and Bop and their grands!

Aunt Katie proudly using her new selfie stick!

The whole crew!

And of course these two were ready for their brownies and ice cream for dessert!

Gran and Poppa and their great grands!

My boys!

The littles stayed home and napped with Uncle Tag and Bop while the rest of us did some Christmas shopping that afternoon!

Kaki and Graham - these two have such a sweet relationship!  They were getting ready to say bye on Sunday morning.

We drove home, took naps, and finished our Christmas decorations!

Our lovely tree with ornaments out of Bennett's reach!

  1. Such a great Thanksgiving. So much fun. Those crazy kids are so brainwashed about Baylor. They were a great band. So much to be thankful for.
