Life Lately

I can't believe Thanksgiving is already next week!  We have been having lots of fun and trying to stay warm.  I'm loving this cold weather, especially after being pregnant through the summer heat.

Playing at toddler time at the library.  He always has so much fun singing, listening to the stories, playing, and checking out books!

And Bennett slept through the whole thing, like a good little brother!

Giving his trucks a bath!

My little chubster!  He had trouble keeping his 3 month shirt down over his belly! :)

B had a rough night with eating and sleeping Friday night.  I thought it was reflux so we went to the dr. on Saturday morning.  He was just really congested so it was upsetting his tummy and giving him issues drinking his bottle.  Thankfully he had a much better day on Saturday.

After I took Bennett to the dr, Graham and I went to Anna's 2nd birthday party!  He had fun playing with lots of friends and eating pizza!

That afternoon I enjoyed a few hours by myself getting my hair done and going to Target!  Just what I needed!

After church on Sunday morning, we all took a nap and then got things marked off our to do list!

Lots of smiles from this one!

Happy boy!  He helped me clean out both boys' drawers and get clothes packed away.

Trent and G made pancakes for dinner!  Graham's favorite! :)

Snuggles this morning with my boys!  I couldn't quite catch Graham giving him a kiss!

Playing at the mall with Grace!

And eating lunch!  These 2 have so much fun together!

 Afternoon play time!

Happy Monday!

Waco Weekend Wrap-up

Last Thursday Trent left for a hunting trip in New Mexico with some friends.  So the boys and I packed up and headed to Waco!  Both boys slept the entire way there AND home on Monday!  They were great travelers, sleepers, and Nana and Bop spoiled us as usual!

Of course G wanted to make cookies as soon as we got there!

On Friday we had lunch with Bop at his school!  Graham was so excited!

Going to the park to play and feed the ducks!

I wish you could hear the squeals behind this picture!  He thought it was hilarious!

Breakfast at Cafe Cappuccino on Saturday morning - gameday for the Bears!

Bennett went to get a pedicure with Nana and me - he slept the whole time!

 My BIG 7 week old!

We tried a new park on Sunday morning, and G loved it!

And that afternoon Gran and Poppa came to meet Bennett!
What a special blessing that my boys have 5 great grandparents!

On Monday morning we went to Mayborn to play!
The choo choos are his favorite!

And a bonus pic of Graham walking into school this morning...when did he get so big?!

Trent came home last night, and we were all so excited to see him!
Thanks Mom and Dad for another fun weekend in Waco!

A Busy Weekend

What a fun and busy few days we had!  It all started on Thursday night when Trent and I enjoyed a fun date night!  His company hosted a cooking class and dinner for some clients at Brennan's downtown.  So our favorite babysitter and her sister came over to watch the boys.  They all did great!  It was a nice night out with good wine, good food, and good time with Trent!

Love the hats!  I think I got the smallest one there, and it kept falling off!

 Love him!

On Friday evening we were ready for some fun with our boys!  Our street had a block party in the cul-de-sac with a hay ride, lots of food, and some activities for the kids.  We absolutely love our street and all of the young families.

 Bryce Petty and his football!

G wasn't sure about the hayride at first so he and Trent rode up front in the gator.

And then he got brave and wanted me to ride with him on the trailer!

 Chowing down on pizza!

And trick-or-treating!  We just went to a few houses and then it was time for our next adventure...

Our car was packed, we put the boys in pajamas, fed Bennett, and hit the road for Waco for one of our favorite weekends of the year - Homecoming!

We left at 7:30 and thought both boys would sleep most of the way - we were wrong!  Graham fell asleep 10 minutes before we got to my parents' house!

We were up bright and early on Saturday morning eating donuts in the car on the way to the parade!

G loved playing football with Caden and Uncle Justin!

And he stood and watched the entire parade!  He especially loved the band!
He's been marching around the house all week yelling at the top of his lungs, "Baylor Band March!"

Kaki and her baby doll, Bennett!

 The whole fam!

And our family of 4!  It's always so great being back on campus!

We headed back to Nana and Bop's house for naps and lunch before going to tailgate and the game.

Daddy and his newest football buddy!

 Love him!

And me with my big boy!  We made it until halftime.  We were all worn out!  After a stop to pick up pizza, we crashed at Nana and Bop's house until everybody else got home from the game!

Walking back to our car - Trent and his boys!

You would've thought the cousins were worn out from such a busy day, but no!  They had more fun chasing each other, wrestling, and playing that night at home!  And they all slept in the same room for the first time and did great!

Bennett enjoyed some quiet snuggles with Aunt Katie!

And by Sunday, we were all exhausted! :)
